I also filled the trim holes in the hood, trunk lid, fenders and quarter panels along with the holes for door handles and left door mirror. I'm keeping the long trim pieces on the quarters and rockers as well as the wheelwell and tail fin trim. Most of the holes were small enough that I just welded them up with the MIG but the holes in the front of the hood were about 5/8" diameter so I made little patches for them.
